Newly arranged, this flexible trio allows for the following combinations of instruments:  Flex 1:  Flute, Oboe, Violin, Bb Clarinet, Bb Trumpet; Flex 2:  Flute, Oboe, Violin, Bb Clarinet, Bb Trumpet; Flex 3:  Bb Bass Clarinet, Bassoon, Trombone, Tuba, Cello, Double Bass (Woodwind Trio heard on sound clip).  Charles Wesley wrote the lyrics to this hymn to mark his conversion to Christianity on Pentecost, 1738.  Although other melodies are associated with the hymn, Thomas Campbell’s melody (Sagina) is the one heard most often.  Appropriate for Concert or Sacred occasions throughout the Liturgical year:  Lent, Easter, Mercy, Adult Baptism, Praise, Worship.  Concert Key:  Bb.  Score.  Set of Parts.
