Loch Lomond – Saxophone Quartet

Also known by its full title “The Bonnie Banks o’ Loch Lomond”, Loch Lomond is a well-known traditional Scottish folk song sung about the largest Scottish loch, located between the counties of Dunbartonshire and Stirlingshire. In Scotland, the song is often the final piece of music played during an evening celebration. Arranged by Kate Agioritis for SATB or AATB Saxophone Quartet, this stirring rendition will be a welcome addition to your performance repertoire.

One of my favorites. Charming and heart warming an easy piece yet it has emotional impact.
This has the typical Agioritis touch with dramatic simplicity and delightfully fresh interpretation.
