Description
Charles Lee Williams (1853–1935) was an English composer, organist, conductor, and editor known for his contributions to Anglican church music and Victorian partsongs. His works include sacred anthems like Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, as well as secular partsongs such as Beyond, A Lullaby, and Song of the Pedlar. He also composed hymn tunes including GLOUCESTER, THORNGROVE, and TIBBERTON.
