Written by J S Bach and later arranged for piano by American Composer Edward MacDowell.
MacDowell took some of Bach’s well known pieces from the Anna Magdalena Notebook and added subtle changes in the harmonies.
I have transcribed some of them for clarinet trio.
They are 2 Minuets in G and a Marche in D. (One of the minuets in G is probably one of Bach’s best known works)
MacDowell’s most famous piece of music “To a Wild Rose” is also available, arranged for wind quintet, as one of his 10 Woodland Sketches Op.51)
