Description
This polonaise is in concert F minor and essentially in ternary form.
It is scored for E flat clarinet, 3 B flat clarinets, Alto and Bass Clarinet. I have tried to arrange the piece so different levels and abilities can take part this piece. E flat clarinet and 1st B flat clarinet have the most work -(range around 2 octaves). However, clarinets 2 and 3 although do not have a big range, I’ve tried to keep this as interesting as possible. The Alto has melodies as does the Bass clarinet and provides further interest.
The piece has been set to intermediate level, but the you tube link has the full score for you to assess suitability.
It is around 3 minutes in length, full score is 12 pages and parts are 3 pages each.
