Mirage – for solo piano

Description

Written in early 2002, the music draws on the influences of Debussy and Liszt, fused with a more contemporary, harmonically dissonant style. It is intended to be evocative and picture-painting as an instrumental ‘tone-poem’. The tecnnique required is mostly not complicated, with the dynamics demanding the most control.
