Janice Malan is an educator, composer, arranger and transcriber with over 40 years experience. She received her BS in strings and MM in composition from Pittsburg State University, Pittsburg, KS. She has completed numerous projects from composing and arranging music for large professional orchestras to small ensembles, solos and educational music for school groups and private music studio teachers. Her original

educational music has been described by teachers as giving their students “a renewed excitement in ensemble playing” and her professional orchestrations have been performed worldwide.
