Description
Little Wild Horse Canyon is a classic slot canyon in
south-central Utah near Goblin Valley. The main attraction is a long stretch of
narrows, where the canyon walls are so close you have to turn sideways to get
through – a completely different hiking experience than the lush, canopied
hiking trails offered in the Pacific Northwest. The unique beauty of the slot
canyon, with its sculpted walls and twisting passages, provides the inspiration
for this original composition that intersperses energetic and exhilarating
explorations with peaceful moments of reflection. 6 pages. Intermediate level.
